WHAT TO BRING: 2 forms of identification; fingerprint receipt; a positive attitude; a jacket/sweater (the room may get cold) 

WHAT TO WEAR: 

Food Service Workers (FSW)

Black pants (not jeans); Black slip-resistant shoes (must cover your entire foot, leather, NO mesh/fabric); Earrings no bigger than a dime; NO fingernail polish; NO fake nails; NO jewelry, bracelets, watches; NO false eyelashes. 

Food Production Workers (FPW)  

Jeans, black slip-resistant shoes (must cover your entire foot, leather, NO mesh/fabric); Earrings no bigger than a dime; NO fingernail polish; NO fake nails; NO jewelry, bracelets, watches; NO false eyelashes.   

Drivers

Jeans, black slip-resistant steel-toe boots (must cover your entire foot, leather, NO mesh/fabric); Earrings no bigger than a dime; NO fingernail polish; NO fake nails; NO jewelry, bracelets, watches; NO false eyelashes, NO watches.
