July 18, 2019—Michael Pagano, assistant principal at Frazier Elementary School, was named the new principal at Frazier Elementary School on July 18. Pagano replaces Gloria Vasquez.
Pagano has 15 years of experience in education. He served as a teacher in Nebo School District in Utah before moving to Cypress-Fairbanks ISD to be a teacher at Post Elementary School in 2005.
In 2010, Pagano became an assistant principal at Post Elementary School where he served for eight years. In 2018, Pagano moved to serve as an assistant principal at Frazier Elementary School.
Pagano received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his Master of Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, Pagano has received many certifications and specialized trainings, including Aspiring Principal Institute and Quantum Learning. Pagano has also served as a summer school principal for four years at Bane, Bang, Frazier and Post elementary schools.
“I feel incredibly honored to serve as the next principal of Frazier Elementary,” Pagano said. “Frazier Elementary has a long history of excellence, and I look forward to working with the students, staff and parents to build on their successes and continue the tradition of students growing, learning and achieving at the highest level.”
