May 20, 2019—Cypress Ridge High School senior Alton Cunningham is National Hispanic Scholar and member of the varsity tennis team and orchestra, where he served as the assistant principal double bass.

Ambition: “My mom and dad are what motivate me because I hope to succeed one day as they have succeeded.”
What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I am passionate about most things to do with the outdoors. I love hiking, fishing and biking. Anything that is outside is really fun to me.”
What inspires you?: “My parents inspire me as they have always been kind to me and pushed me to be better.”
What three things can’t you live without?: “My bike, my phone and my car.”
What are you most looking forward to this semester?: “The end of senior year and finishing high school.”
