Dahlia Ramirez, Danish Elementary School

Jan. 2, 2017—According to her teacher Zainab Qazi, Danish Elementary School fourth-grade student Dahlia Ramirez sets high goals for herself, creating a plan to produce her best work in and out of class. “She is very responsible, alert and highly motivated to do her best every single day. Her cheerful disposition makes her an incredible role model for her peers to also strive to be their best every single day, just like her,” Qazi said. Similar to her role model, Olympian Kerri Walsh Jennings, Ramirez would also like to one day represent her country as an athlete.
