CFISD Student of the Week: Jasmine Amaya

Nov. 12, 2018—M. Robinson Elementary School third-grade student Jasmine Amaya is credited with modeling star behavior at school, which includes staying on task, completing her work in a timely fashion, following directions and showing kindness toward others.

Accomplishments: Amaya models star behavior at school and according to her teachers, takes initiative when something needs to be done and shows kindness toward others.

Favorite class: “My favorite class is science because we get to do experiments.”

Favorite things to do after class: “Play with my cousins.”

Favorite song: Fight Song by Rachel Platten.


Favorite TV show:Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures because it is funny.”

Favorite movie:Coco because it’s sad but then at the end it turns out happy.”

Ambition: “I want to be a doctor because it sounds like I get to meet new people and help people.”

What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I am passionate about playing.”

What inspires you?: “Flowers because they are colorful.”

What three things can’t you live without?: “My family, food and friends.”

What are you most looking forward to this semester?: “Making a lot more friends than second grade.”
