Feb. 22, 2021—Arnold Middle School eighth grade student Timothy Stormeski has been recognized by his teachers for not only his academics, but also his willingness to step in when needed, as Stormeski takes care of a class bearded dragon.
School: Arnold Middle School
Accomplishments: Stormeski, who is recognized for giving his all every day at Arnold Middle School, takes care of his classroom’s bearded dragon by himself.
Favorite class: “I love my Social Skills class because Mrs. [Hope] Boyd and Miss [Michelle Huckins] have taught me so much. I am high school-ready.”
Favorite things to do after class: “I love to play Minecraft.”
Favorite song: “Raining Tacos by Parry Gripp.”
Favorite website/app: “CNN 10 is my favorite. I learn so much about different kinds of animals and cool cars.”
Favorite movie: “Sonic the Hedgehog because it taught me so much about how to make it through the Minecraft world.”
Ambition: “I want to work hard in school and one day come back to Arnold and work with students like Mrs. Boyd and Miss Shelli did for me.”
What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I have passion about how people treat others. I do not like when I see someone being mean. I want to stop bullying in schools.”
What three things can’t you live without?: “Mrs. Boyd, Miss Shelli and food and shelter.”
What are you most looking forward to this semester?: “I am looking forward to getting out of middle school so I can be at the same school as my sister Ashley.”
