“An August prediction for Cy-Fair being in the regional semifinal would have been unlikely,” said Donna Benotti, Cy-Fair head volleyball coach. “But with this team never say never. The Bobcats were dedicated and committed to each other and one goal all season. They were determined to do better every day and always united as one. We went through more line-up and position changes and moved junior varsity players to finally settle in with a winning recipe. I am so proud of this team and their commitment to a fighting attitude. They never gave up. BFND really means something to us. My coaching staff has been amazing every day to help each player meet their potential. I’m very fortunate to have the opportunity to coach such an outstanding group of girls and I’m beyond proud of their accomplishments.”
