Testing Information

For questions or concerns regarding State Testing, please contact 281-517-6592.

STAAR, EOC and TELPAS scores can now be access directly through the website listed below. Please follow these steps:

Go to www.texasassessment.com
Click on Log In to Student Portal
Click on Lookup Access Code
Enter your student’s information: First Name, PEIMS ID (typically a social security number) and Date of Birth
Click Go – This will take you to your student’s access code.
Click Go again – This will take you to your student’s scores.

Former CFISD students can request copies of their Confidential Student Reports through the CFISD Record Center
