Robison Elementary was named after Arlene Robison, who was a teacher at Matzke Elementary for four years, an assistant principal at Adam Elementary for one year, and a principal for 27 years at Holbrook, Francone, and Willbern elementary schools. She opened both Francone and Willbern before she retired in June 2002. She has 41 years of experience in education, 32 of those in CFISD.
The Robison PTO meets on a regular basis. The organization funds cultural arts activities and field trips, organizes volunteers, sponsors various student events, and conducts fund-raisers, which have provided technology, landscaping, books, and playground equipment.
