Holmsley will be a child centered school focusing on individual strengths and supporting all areas of need. We strive to challenge all students by utilizing higher-level questioning strategies and problem solving. We want to provide a safe, loving environment where all children are successful.
At Holmsley Elementary, we do “Whatever It Takes” to develop successful and productive lifelong learners.
849 students as of September 17, 2018.
Tom J. Holmsley began his 18-year stint on the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Board of Education in 1964. During that period, he held the offices of president, vice president, and secretary. While serving as a school board member, Mr. Holmsley was an active volunteer with the Texas Children's Hospital, the Cy-Fair Lions Club, and Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he served as an officer in local P.T.A. organizations.
The Holmsley PTO meets on a regular basis.
