Digital Learning Conference (DLC)

You do not need to register ahead of time. DLC is open to ALL educators!  

The event will take place from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. CT on July 22 and 23, 2025. The sessions will be live-streamed on YouTube. You will see an informational video playing before each session. Please be patient. The sessions will begin at 8 a.m. each day and new sessions will begin on the hour. 

All sessions will be available on our DLC conference site.  The site is viewable on any website browser on your computer or mobile device. You do not need to download an app. 

You can choose to watch any combination of sessions from the 5 different rooms each hour. You can pick and choose to watch the sessions you would like anytime by 11:59 p.m. CT on that day.

You may receive PD credit for a maximum of 7 hours each day.  You can watch more than 7 hours, but you will only be able to submit 7 attendance codes for 7 hours of PD credit each day. 

You might have a filter applied that is hiding some sessions. Clear all filters to view the complete list of sessions. 

You will need to sign in to YouTube with a Google account to be able to add a comment/question in the chat. 

The archives of the DLC videos will be available for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD employees after the event. The archives will be found on the DLC website, but employees must be signed in to Google to be able to access the archives. No PD credit will be given for viewing the archives.

An attendance code will be given during each session.  Write down the codes in your planning sheet.

At the end of the day, submit your codes to the online attendance form (the link is in the planning sheet).  The online attendance form for each day will open at 3:00 p.m. CT and will close at 11:59 p.m. CT on that day. 

You can attend as many sessions as you would like.  You can receive up to 14 hours of PD credit (7 hours PD credit each day).  PD credit is issued based on the submission of the attendance form each day.

You must submit your attendance codes before midnight on the day of the session. 

Sessions that were watched on July 22, 2025 need to be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 22, 2025.

Sessions that were watched on July 23, 2025 need to be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 23, 2025.

Credit will be issued only for sessions that were watched on the day of the event.  No exceptions will be made if forms are not submitted by the deadline. 

Replays are available for viewing after the event. However, PD credit will not be available.

At the end of the day, submit your codes to the online attendance form.

The links to submit attendance can be found on the Participant Planning Sheet. or in the Conference App/Site.  

PD credit will be issued by September 15, 2025.  Cypress-Fairbanks ISD employees will receive credit through CFPGS. 

Out-of-district attendees will receive a certificate that they will submit to their district for PD hours.  

Remember you will only receive hours for the attendance codes that you have successfully submitted.
