Feb. 2, 2021—H-Town High School Sports host and producer Todd Freed visited Cy-Fair High School on Jan. 22 to award the girls’ soccer team as the H-Town High School Sports Allegiance Bank Team of the Week.

Feb. 2, 2021—The Cypress Woods High School boys’ swim team claimed the District 17-6A title while the Bridgeland High School boys’ and girls’ swim teams claimed the District 18-6A championships at the meets, held Jan. 28-30 at the CFISD Natatorium.

Feb. 4, 2021—Cypress Springs High School senior Antonio Valle has been recognized in a variety of ways through his interests in school. Through his participation in art, orchestra, Peer Assistance & Leadership (PALs) and in the classroom, Valle has made his impact as an accomplished student, all while being legally blind.

Feb. 5, 2021—Kirk Elementary School fifth grade student Lillian Gibbs won first place by correctly spelling eruption in the ninth round of the annual CFISD Elementary Spelling Bee, held Feb. 2 at the Berry Center.
