CFISD’s 1:1 device program allows enhanced instruction for approximately 116,000 students on a high-speed data network providing instant connectivity.
Additional technology components like Lightspeed audio systems, Promethean panels, teacher laptops, and hundreds of software applications allow educators to better reach CFISD
students in modern learning environments.
Schoology, the district’s Learning Management System, allows teachers to
place instructional materials in one place, providing a one-stop shop for students to
access digital materials.
CFISD works with partners like Content Keeper, the district’s content filter, the 1Edtech Consortium, COSN’s Trusted Learning Environment (TLE) Program, and Google Education Plus to ensure we promote student safety in a changing digital world.
As a result of legislation passed during the 89th legislative session, students are now
