Our mission is to foster a safe and resilient learning environment by guiding the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the district’s emergency operations in alignment with Texas Education Code.
We provide regular recommendations to district leadership, support mandated safety audits and reporting to the Texas School Safety Center, and review submitted reports to ensure accountability.
Through collaboration with law enforcement, strategic placement of emergency equipment, public engagement, and staff training in Psychological First Aid, we promote a culture of preparedness and protection across all campuses.
