The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District fully respects and supports the rights of copyright holders. Under District policy CY (Legal), the District is required to designate an agent who will receive notice of claimed infringement of copyright by users of the District’s electronic communication system and associated services or capabilities.  The designated agent to whom notification of claimed infringements can be made is the Marney Collins Sims, General Counsel at 10300 Jones Road, Houston, TX 77065 or by electronic mail at marney.sims@cfisd.net.
