Summary: The AIAA Lockheed Martin Marillyn Hewson Scholarship was created in 2022 to encourage young women to study aerospace engineering and pursue a career in the aerospace defense industry. The scholarship is named for Marillyn Hewson, former chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Summary:    Planning to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, or other computer science related field of study and are planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university in the United States (or an accredited 2-year college, with the intent to transfer to a 4-year institution).

Summary:    This scholarship program awards financial support and professional development to students pursuing careers in the culinary arts, restaurant and hospitality industries.

Summary:    The AvaCare Medical Scholarship recognizes those who are working to better the lives of our customers, students who are pursuing a degree in the medical field, with a prize of $1000 toward college tuition. This scholarship is awarded annually to one submission that tells about an inspiring act of kindness.

Summary:    The AAPT Executive Board offers scholarships for future high school physics teachers. These scholarships, supported by an endowment funded by Barbara Lotze, are available only to U.S. citizens attending U.S. schools.

Summary: Burger King awards up to three James W. McLamore Whopper scholarships of $50,000 granted to the most highly qualified students demonstrating leadership, substantial work experience and financial need.

Summary:    Buy-Rite Beauty has always made a point to promote the hairstylist, cosmetology & beauty industry as a growing career field. From working directly with local salons to donating products to beauty schools, supporting the industry has always been a staple of our business.
Buy-Rite Beauty will be awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a hairstylist or cosmetology student who best exemplifies our core beliefs. We want to hear about their most meaningful achievement and how it relates to your future within the beauty industry

Summary: This scholarship is for graduating seniors who can use their voice and visual media (i.e., video) to share how their public school education has impacted them. This scholarship aims to highlight the “Great Things Happening in Texas Public Schools” from the student’s perspective.

Summary:    The LMCA will award a $1,500 scholarship to one student each year to promote and encourage academic pursuits relating to medical and veterinary entomology.

Applicants must be current high school/home-schooled seniors attending school in the U.S, anticipating completion of a high school diploma at the time of application and planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution.

The College JumpStart Scholarship is an annual, merit-based competition -- financial need is not considered -- that is open to 10th-12th graders, college students and non-traditional students. The main requirement is that you are committed to going to school and can express your goals for getting a higher education.

Summary:    The Common Application scholarship is designed to help students with the cost of their studies.  The scholarship can be used for books, tuition or any other school related expenses.
