Health Screening
Cypress-Fairbanks will conduct the following health screening using certified screeners in accordance with guidance from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Vision & Hearing

| Pre-K Students (4-years-old by Sept. 1); Kindergarten students; Any other first-time entrants | Within 120 days of admission |
| 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th grade students | Anytime within the school year (preferably within first semester) |
Spinal Screening

| Girls at grades 5 & 7 and boys at grade 8 | Within the Fall semester. |
