Annual Student Information (current students)
IMPORANT INFORMATION: The Annual Student Information Update was closed on Friday, Aug. 1. If you are attempting to log into the Home Access Center in order to update student information, the form is no longer available. Please contact your campus in order to update student information. Thank you
Starting the week of July 14, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD will email parents/guardians with a reminder to log into the CFISD Parent Portal. From there, parents/guardians need to select the Home Access Center (HAC) to complete required updates for students returning for the 2025-26 school year who were enrolled and active on the last day of school.
Annually, parents/guardians are required to review, update, and acknowledge enrollment documents. The district makes this process convenient for parents/guardians by adding the update to the same portal that you routinely access to view grades, attendance, and more. If your student will be returning to CFISD for the 2025-26 school year, please make plans to log in to verify and/or make changes to:
- any parent/guardian contact information,
- the student's physical address,
- emergency contact (names and contact information), and
- your student’s authorizations (photo/permission).
Even if no changes are needed, the parents/guardians should access the Annual Student Update to review information about the Student Code of Conduct, Attendance & Truancy Laws, as well as authorizations for photo, video, and release of information before Friday, August 1, 2025.
Please use the Username from your CFISD Parent Portal Username email sent on July 11th.
