Annual Student Information (current students)

Beginning the week of July 14, parents/guardians will receive an email from Cypress-Fairbanks ISD reminding them to access the parent portal in our Home Access Center (HAC) and complete the required updates for students who were enrolled and active in CFISD on the last day of school and will be returning to CFISD for the 2025-26 school year. 

Annually, parents/guardians are required to review, update and acknowledge enrollment documents. The district makes this process convenient for parents/guardians  by adding the update to the same portal that you routinely access to view grades, attendance, schedules, etc. If your student will be returning to CFISD for the 2025-26 school year, please make plans to login to verify and/or make changes to:

  • any parent/guardian contact information,
  • the student's physical address,
  • emergency contact (names and contact information), and
  • your student’s authorizations (photo/permission).

Even if no changes are needed, the parents/guardian who registered the student should access the Annual Student Update to review information about the Student Code of Conduct, Attendance & Truancy Laws, as well as authorizations for photo, video and release of information before Friday, August 1, 2025.
