School Stability - Students Experiencing Homelessness

The Texas Education Code allows a student who has qualified under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act as a student experiencing homelessness to exercise the School of Origin Option to continue at the school that they were attending when they qualified unless it is determined to be in their best interest to change schools.
