Dear parents and guardians,

CFISD utilizes SchoolMessenger as the district’s mass notification system for campus and district emergencies (such as school status updates related to weather), as well as routine communication. Emergency communication may be by email, phone call or text message. A text message went out from 67587 on Friday, Aug. 22 regarding the TEA's Overview of School Discipline for Parents. If you are not receiving text messages like this from CFISD, it could be that you have not yet “opted in” to receive text message notifications. To opt in, please text Y to 67587 from your cell phone, and your number will be added to receive important updates from your child’s campus and the district.
