Bridgeland High School senior Makenzi Jenkins was voted District 16-6A’s Most Valuable Player.
June 8, 2022—District 16-6A softball coaches released the 2022 All-District 16-6A Softball Team following the conclusion of each team’s season.
Cypress Woods High School senior Katie Lott was named the District 16-6A Offensive Most Valuable Player.
Bridgeland High School senior Makenzi Jenkins was voted Most Valuable Player. Cypress Woods High School senior Katie Lott was voted Offensive Most Valuable Player while Bridgeland junior Trinity Allen was voted Defensive Most Valuable Player. Cypress Ranch High School freshman Ashlynn Massey was named Newcomer of the Year while fellow Cypress Ranch teammate and senior Molly Yoo was named Pitcher of the Year for a second consecutive year. Bridgeland Head Coach Candi Weige was voted Coach of the Year.
Bridgeland High School junior Trinity Allen was voted District 16-6A’s Defensive Most Valuable Player.
