CFISD third grade students place in Rodeo Coloring Contest

March 14, 2022—Eighteen CFISD third grade students earned awards in the 2022 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) Coloring Contest.  

The annual contest invites third grade students from around the greater Houston area to show off their creativity by using their favorite colors, designs, patterns and textures to complete the designated contest picture. This year’s picture featured a bee.

Adam Elementary School third grade student Sofia Galvan and Keith Elementary School third grade student Reese Huff earned top-10 finishes in the 2022 contest. Both Galvan and Huff received ground passes to HLSR, a blue ribbon and a belt buckle.
