Team tennis postseason continues for 3 CFISD teams in area round

Oct. 13, 2021—Three CFISD high schools advanced past the bi-district round of the Class 6A team tennis playoffs and move on to the area round, while Cypress Lakes, Cypress Ranch and Jersey Village high schools concluded their season and finished as bi-district finalists.

Bridgeland High School defeated Klein, 10-2. The Bears advance to face The Woodlands College Park at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 at College Park High School (3701 College Park Dr.).

Cy-Fair High School defeated Houston Lamar, 10-7. The Bobcats advance to face Katy Tompkins at 3 p.m. on Oct. 14 at Cypress Park High School (7425 Westgreen Blvd.).

Cypress Lakes High School was defeated by Klein Cain, 10-0. The Spartans were District 16-6’s fourth seed.

Jersey Village High School was defeated by Houston Bellaire, 10-1. The Falcons were District 17-6A’s fourth seed.
