Cypress Creek High School senior Ryan Sharar was voted the District 17-6A boys’ water polo Goalkeeper of the Year.
Nov. 4, 2022—District 17-6A boys’ water polo coaches recently released the 2022 All-District 17-6A Boys’ Water Polo Team, following the conclusion of each team’s season in the UIL playoffs.
Cypress Creek High School, which captured the inaugural district championship, swept all three league superlatives. Senior Mason Mote was voted the Most Valuable Player and fellow senior Ryan Sharar was named the league’s Goalkeeper of the Year.
Head Coach Jeff Chandler was named the Coach of the Year.
