The Harris County Health Department will have 275 Pfizer vaccines available for students (ages 12 and older) and staff on Thursday, June 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Cy-Fair and Cy Ridge high schools. If you (student or staff) are interested in receiving a Pfizer vaccine, please use one of the following links to register. The sign up should be in the person’s name receiving the vaccine.

Students ages 12 to 17 must have parental consent to receive the vaccine; either the parent must be present, or the student may bring a consent form that has been signed by the parent. A consent form will be sent in a separate email to those with an appointment. 

Only individuals with appointments will be eligible to receive a vaccine at this event. Those who receive a first dose will automatically be scheduled for a second dose at Cy-Fair or Cy Ridge on Thursday, July 15.

Los estudiantes de 12 a 17 años de edad deben tener permiso de los padres para recibir la vacuna; el padre deberá estar presente o el estudiante podrá traer un formulario de permiso firmado por el padre o tutor legal. A todos los que se inscriban se les enviará un formulario de permiso por correo electrónico. 

Solamente quienes tengan una cita podrán recibir la vacuna en este evento. A los que reciban la primera dosis se les programará automáticamente para la segunda dosis en Cy-Fair o Cy Ridge para el jueves 15 de julio.
