2022 - 2023 PTO
Let's take a moment to meet your new SWENKE PTO BOARD for 2022-2023
President – Courtney Bielski; Presides at all meetings of the PTO and PTO Board, performs all duties assigned by the PTO or Executive Committee, and coordinates the work of officers and committees of the PTO to promote the objectives of the PTO.
Treasurer – Kaitlyn Brodnax; follows all aspects of the bylaws in regards to finance, receives the receipts of the PTO, keeps accurate records of receipts and expenditures, and disperses funds as authorized by the PTO and the approved budget, presents monthly financial statements, and files required state and federal tax return.
VP Communications – Amy Rowe; keeps the record of all meetings of the PTO and PTO board and performs other duties that may be delegated to him/her, advises the President and other officers on matters of parliamentary procedure, and posts all social media activity.
VP Connections – Danielle Bilberry; serves as the PTO membership chairman, which is responsible for the PTO membership drive, creation of school directory, and other activities that bring our community together throughout the year.
VP Primary Fundraising – ; responsible for planning, coordinately, promoting, and executing the primary fundraiser for the fall and spring semesters, while collected the funds during the primary fundraiser period.
VP Secondary Fundraising – Jennifer Huffer; selects and oversees secondary fundraising opportunities for the PTO and coordinates with the Chairpersons of the following committees: Swenke Shop, Apparel Sales, Spirit Nights, etc.
VP VIPS – Jamie Soto; coordinates the assignment of chairpersons and committee members for various PTO volunteer opportunities, coordinates, and assists, and communicates volunteer needs and programs requested by the PTO and staff to the PTO membership.
