2025 CFISD Athletic Physical Dates
All CFISD student-athletes must have a current physical before any try-out practice, athletic class, open gym, open weight room, athletic competition, or travels with a CFISD athletic team for any purpose.

April 30, 2025—CFISD track and field teams will send seven girls’ entries and seven boys’ entries to the UIL Track and Field State Meet, May 1-3 at Mike A. Myers Stadium at the University of Texas in Austin. The Class 6A events will be May 3. Athletes qualified after placing in their respective events at the Region II-6A meet at Waco Midway High School and Region III-6A meet at Clear Creek ISD’s Challenger Stadium.

March 5, 2025—The Cy-Fair High School swimming and diving teams won the KHOU Chevy Spotlight Award on Feb. 27 during a ceremony at the campus.
